SWOZZI can guide you through online instructions to teach your child to swim

The 5 week online swimming instructure goals:

• Teach water safety & confidence
• Introducing swimming theory & technique 
• Demostrate dryland exercises to build strength & conditioning
• In pool instructions for the parent

Weekly Lessons (15min- 20min)

• Week 1 Water Safety + getting comfortable
• Week 2  Breathing + Body position
• Week 3  Arm Movement 
• Week 4  Kicking Drills
• Week 5. Putting it together - basic stroke practice
• Week 6+:  Evaluate progression and progress to other strokes

To create the customised plan we need

1. Child's age
2. Does you child have swim experience?
3. Access to water
4. How many days to you plan to practice

We the create from our first initial 1:1 video call

1. Downloadable weekly plan
2. A set of instructions to follow (images and videos)
3. A progress tracking chart for your child
