Shipping and Postage

Domestic Postage

All domestic deliveries will be made through Australia Post due to the fact that it is now all made there, by women working from home and will be added to the invoice on purchase.

International Shipping

For International Shipping costs will alter depending on the country of delivery. It will be delivered by Australian Post Express delivery rates. Due to Covid it may take a little longer to arrive to you. The cost will be added to the invoice and paid on ordering the items.

Custom Duties & Fees

They local tax is paid. For all products purchased outside of Australia you are required to pay yourself any import tax.

Exchange and Returns

Incorrect Items

Must be within 30 days of purchase. Product has not been worn / used to work out or washed. Tags are attached and product is in its original packaging.

Damaged Items

If you a think product has a workmanship or material flaw, within 90 days of purchase, please email a photo to info@swozzi.com and we will access the defect.

Some things that do NOT fall under manufacturer's defect involve:

  • Material pilling due to rubbing up against a saddle bag or race belt.
  • Material pilling due to contact with rough surface.
  • Skin chafing is not due to a defect. If you are prone to chafing, we suggest using BodyGlide or a similar product to protect your skin while riding or working out.

Exchanges

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange products. We suggest a shipping method with tracking to insure your product makes it back to SWOZZI GmbH. 

Please note we only credit you back in the amount of the merchandise being returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
