Swim Training Plans

SWOZZI offers a detailed individual swim training plan for 8 - 16 weeks

A video of you swimming will be requested for analysis.

Then we:

• Evaluation of your technique
• Drills to improve on your technique
• Create a customised training plan
• Measure the effectiveness of your training

To create the customised plan we need

1. Age and Gender
2. Skill Level
3. Main event or Stroke
4. Access to DryLand / Strength Training
5. Number of days available
6. Up and coming Competition date
