Sweat Test

Precision Hydration Sweat Test is a Scientific method used to measure the amount of sodium you lose in your sweat during exercise.

  A trained technician stimulates a small patch of skin (usually on the forearm) to sweat using a mild electrical current (this is painless). They then collect and analyze that sweat to see how much sodium it contains.
